SITRANS F M MAG 6000 - Modbus RTU RS485 FDK-085U0234 - Totalizer Value NOT TALLY at HMI Display

You need to read two 16 bit registers for a 32 bit floating point value for the Mag 6000 totalizer value.

See the Modbus register addressing in the A.1 table from the Modbus manual:

The 32 bit FP total value is in registers (4)03023 and (4)03024.
You are reading only one of the two registers used for the total.

(4)03022 is one of the four 16 bit registers used for the double precision 64 bit totalizer:
(4)03019
(4)03020
(4)03021
(4)03022

Those called "Modbus registers" are one-based, meaning that they start at (4)00001 and increment from there.
Those addresses in the "Modbus address" column are zero-based, meaning they start at 0000 (without the leading numeral 4 that indicates the Holding Register memory area) and increment from there.

If you were using a master with zero based addressing you'd use 3022 and 3023, but your screen shots show the leading numeral 4 so you need to use the Modbus registers (4)03023 and (4)03024.

Change your function code 03 read command to read registers (4)03023 and (4)03024 to get the 32 bit total value.
