I have the LR560 and I have the manual for it. I am confused about exactly how I must wire up this unit. It is being used to send a 4-20mA signal to a PLC analog input card. No HART, or anything else.Does anyone havea drawing or description explaining the connection for power and the loop wiring, please?

Means from AI (4-20mA) this device will receive 24VDC like power for it and on the same 2 wires you will read 4-20mA process signal. If you still have a troubles give the MLFB of AI card to assign where is the (+) and (-) there. Briefly you need AI (4-20mA assigned) with 2 wire connection transmitter... By 2-wire it means the transmitter is powered form the system to which it is connected... normally 24VDC and 4-20mA signal is connected to the control system using only one single pair of wires, by 4-wire it means the transmitter is powered from a external power supply and signal 4-20mA which is a separate pair of wires is connected to the system, e.g. a mag flow meter is powered 24VDC or 110VAC or 230VAC and output 4-20mA is connected to DCS/PLC AI board channel.
