Sitrans probe LU level transmitter shows wrong level while feeding in the tank

Hello all,

i have having problem in Sitrans probe LU level transmitter. It is showing wrong level while feeding in the tank. i checked the location of the transmitter but it is ok i.e LT is far away from the feeding line. When the feeding stops then the level is stable.

Can you provide photos or drawings of the installation?  What is the material solid or liquid?  Distance from bottom of tank to filling gate/pipe?

I expect it is dust or foam or something without knowing more... does the device go LOE or just report the wrong level reading?
