Hi, I am trying to use the DTM for the P320 using PACTware 5.0. I have downloaded the SITRANS DTM application however when I try to update my device catalogue it is not finding the DTM. The P420 DTM is also not updating on the device catalogue. Just to check that all is ok I have downloaded the SITRANS P DS III DTM and its updating as expected. If this is the first Siemens device you have used with HART in Pactware, you will also need to download and install an overall-Siemens DTM that lets the device specific DTM's do what they do. I think that the overall Siemens DTM was called the SITRANS DTM and it has been issued in various versions over time.
