I am configuring SiVArc to create an animation for my plant. In one station the colors must be determined by a variable of the block. I am a bit new to this so please forgive me if I missed some fundamentals but I could not find much information about this. (Only this)

SiVArc must recognize where it is (at which block) since I am using multi-instance and provide as input of the animation tag, an static variable of the FB.

Lets assume the Block has a signature like this:

 -> MyBoolVariable

First "assumption": I defined the animation with a dummy variable hoping that SiVArc replaces it with the tag specified:

Second "issue": I have tried the following references to use my tag but none of them work:

• StructureBlock.DB.SymbolicName&"_MyBoolVariable"
• Block.Parameters("MyBoolVariable")
  

PS: I used this as reference but I was unable to find a complete list of "keywords" for example I can find Block.Parameters("Tag name").Value, but I am not sure how to address the actual variable, not the value.

I did find a way of bypassing the issue by making use of a faceplate. The faceplate can be configured with a sivarc expression of my need.
