Hello Ahmet_Hazar, do you have 4 load cells each 500kg?? If yes the minimum adjustment weight of 100kg is right. In you adjustment parameters I see the digits 0 at 0 and digits 1 at 60000. This are the default values, so you might have done an mistake during the calibration. As adjustment weight you have set 10000, this is wrong. Here you have to set the value that corresponds to your calibration weight. e.g. 15000 if you have 150kg calibration weight and 2 decimals. !!! With this weight resolution you can only measure up to 327.67kg, because the weight value is an 16bit integer !!! If you want to measure more weight you have to reduce the decimals e.g. to 1, the you have to change the adjustment weight to 1500. The calibration procedure is as follow: 1. Set adjustment weight and send it to the Siwarex CS 2. Remove weight from the scale and execute the command “adjustment zero valid (3) 3. Load the adjustment weight to the scale and execute the command “adjustment weight 1 valid (4)". 4. Receive the adjustment data DR3 to save the new adjustment digits. The complete adjustment procedure you find in the QuickGuide http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/37733418 Regards ABenno |
