Siwarex cs, how we can save data in EPROM

Problem-

Data erase from siwarex cs module after power reset.

Action taken

 I have downloaded the backup but we can not found any option in software to send all the data to EPROM.We are facing this same problem many times.I want to know how we can save data in EPROM.

Split from Siwarex cs, didnt get HMI & Scada Program.

Dear Tilu,

Try to give command  as below:

First connect the siwarex with laptop/pg.

Open the backup and download in siwarex.

Than give command DR 26 and after give DR4.

and after check whether the data is storing or not.
