Siwarex FTA error: "Data record transfer or command transfer to weighing cycle not permitted"

For example TARE command not working. Its giving error as "Data record transfer or command transfer to weighing cycle not permitted" Thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Siwarex FTA Commissioning Manual and PLC Backup . Siwarexi Gold Expert Joined: 1/4/2007 Last visit: 12/11/2024 Posts: 1159 Rating: (175)	Hello casey, This error means, that you try to execute a command (e.g. tare-command) during the Siwarex FTA is in a dosing cycle. Finish the dosing (e.g. with material, …) OR Cancel the dosing cycle with the commands 105 (= Stop) and 108 (= Abort). Afterwards you can execute your tare command. But you can see the dosing cycle in your Siwatool software: Go to DR30 => Status: in the third column, you can see in which weighing step the Siwarex FTA is at the moment: "Weighing step 0" means: no dosing cycle "Weighing step 1 … 7" means: the Siwarex FAT is in a dosing cycle. Please refer screenshot. I have already tried uninstalling SIWATOOL and re-installing it. What could be the problem? Attachment siwatool_error3.jpg (391 Downloads)

casey Advanced Member Joined: 1/6/2011 Last visit: 8/29/2024 Posts: 45 Rating: (0)	Hi Siwarexi, The above problem was solved by re-install of SIWATOOL but before re-installing, also deleting all the SIWATOOL named folders from the system. Secondly using command 105(Stop) and then 108(Abort) solved the TARE command problem in 1 of the SIWAREX that I have. Now it is working. [snip]
