Siwarex M Hardware error

Siwarexi Gold Expert Joined: 1/4/2007 Last visit: 11/21/2023 Posts: 1071 Rating: (165)	Hello Amr Albasuni, 1- +10.41 VDC => That’s ok! 2- +10.41 VDC=> That’s ok! 3- +4.7 VDC... nothing mVDC its showing in VDC 4.7 positive ... => That’s NOT! ok!!! If you have a load cell with 1mV/V: the measurement signal between the pins 17(+) and 18(-) at the Siwarex M module has to be in the range of 0 … +10mV (depending on the load on the load cell). If you have a load cell with 2mV/V: the measurement signal between the pins 17(+) and 18(-) at the Siwarex M module has to be in the range of 0 … +20mV (depending on the load on the load cell). If you have a load cell with 4mV/V: the measurement signal between the pins 17(+) and 18(-) at the Siwarex M module has to be in the range of 0 … +40mV (depending on the load on the load cell). There is something wrong with the load cell or with the wiring! Best regards Siwarexi

Amr Albasuni Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir, thanks a lot... loadcell is new one!!! i'm connecting siwarex M module stand alone without CPU.. how i can connect it with CPU 315-2DP i try to find getting stating with siwarex M but i found siwarex U.. i want to connect it with CPU? Is wiring or loadcell problems gives SF in Siwarex M module? Thanks, Amr

How is the voltagebetween the pins 17(+) and 18(-) at the Siwarex M module? Here pay attention that the sign of the voltage (=mVDC) is very important. The voltage can be positive or negative! Which voltage (=mVDC) do you measure? Which sign (positive or negative) do you have? Best regards Siwarexi

This value is ok, but what did you do, so that the value now is correct? Is the red LED still on at the Siwarex M module? Best regards Siwarexi
