SEN: between the pins 15(+) and 16(-) at the Siwarex M module: Which voltage (=VDC) do you measure? 10.1VDC 3. Hello Siwarexi, We have selected the load cell signal on 4nv/VDC & here are the following values which we have gained: Load Cell 01- Unloaded: 1.1mV Ext. Voltage: 10.2VDC 20kg Load: 4.9mVDC Load Cell 02- Unloaded: 1.9mV Ext. Voltage: 10.2VDC 20kg Load: 8.1mVDC Load Cell 03- Unloaded: 2.6mV Ext. Voltage: 10.2VDC 20kg Load: 11.8mVDC Now my queries are that why such variations are coming for the 20kg Load issues. We have got that Load Cell 01 is damaged but then what could be the possible reasons for Load Cell 02 & 03 data variations? If we have to minimize these voltage fluctuations how will it be possible to overcome with! There are 03 nos of Load cells installed in the field on a conveyor type weighing scale & the pattern of installation is in triangular pattern. The MLFB of the Load cell's is: 7MH5106-2GD00, maximum Load capacity is 20kg. Kindly refer the attachment for requisites collected Data from field. Waiting for your response.
