Dear all experts, As you all aware with this forum same problem with me. I am using Siwarex -M with s7-314 cpu for batch control system. so now i want to replace Siwarex -M with siwarex-U because my application need not very much accuracy & only load cell weight is required. But problem is that how can i done this. I mean to ask that from where I should start ? what changes need in addressing? which sfc , FB, FC UDT, require to upgrade. Kindly suggest me please . Is it require any extra sender receiver module or ET200 or IM module for CPU 314? Thanks Rajnish -------- |

Hello Rajnish,
On the internet you can find different Step7 example programs for the Simatic Manager and for the TIA Portal: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/28391777
You can use these Step7 example programs for your Siwarex U module.
The dosing functionalities of the Siwarex M module has to be programmed inside the PLC (or you are using the Siwarex FTA).
You don’t need any extra sender receiver module or ET200 or IM module for CPU 314.
