SIWAREX M +with SF error

duyhungsis Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Dear Bro, I have a Siwarex M modul, I have SF error.Online by Siwatool the error display is A/D error and Control limit exceeded or passed below .The first I think the loadcell sensors have problem.But when i disconnect the sensor the error display has more one error that is watch dog error. Can you tell me what has problem the Siwarex modul or the loadcell sensors .Thank for your notice.

Siwarexi Gold Expert Joined: 1/4/2007 Last visit: 11/21/2023 Posts: 1071 Rating: (165)	Hello duyhungsis, If you have a new Siwarex M module, I recommend you to control the measurement signal of the load cell at the Siwarex M module (pins 17 (SIG+) and 18 (SIG-)). If you have an old Siwarex M module, the module is probably damaged through EMC problems. The error messages “A/D error” and “Control limit exceeded” are typical forEMC problems. Please see also into the abridgement of the Siwarex M manual (attached file) the Corrective Measures of the error messages “Internal Error 4” and “External Error 02”. I solved it by connecting my loadcell directly to the siwarex module..by this method u can eliminate the issue between ur loadcell connection cable ..Its the connection between ur loadcell and siwarex cable ......u can perform a point to point check to determine if your wire are ok...
