siwarex MS faulty!!!

I am working on a project which utilizes the use of SIWAREX MS with S7-200 PLC, and I have a problem when an inductive sensor signals on to one of the PLC's inputs & a digital output signals on afterwards, the "SF" led on the SIWAREX module stays on for 20 seconds and returns to its normal operation. Please, can you tell me the error messages into Siwatool during the red SF-LED is on? Does the Siwarexy MS module is doing a reboot? Is the pin to the right of the "SEN-"-pin (the pin with the returned "T"-sign)connected? It is not allowed to connect this pin! Please see also the attached file “AGND.jpg”.
