Dear all,

I have connected  SIWAREX MS module to S7-200 CPU-222 connected with HMI screen in "Grain packing machine" that work from 2 year

the problem is my worker Weight bulk Material higher than the "Pos. zeroing range %". and now i can't zero the current Weight from the touch screen ,"SF"and"MAX"led on the SIWAREX module goes to red

any solution for this problem

The way I see it from here your unit Paramter Protection is ON. See this manual SIWAREX MS - Weigh module for SIMATIC S7-200 under chapter "7.7 Messages via LEDs "

It seems like the 5th LED is ON  the picture you attached.

In the manual  SIWAREX MS - Weigh module for SIMATIC S7-200 , chapter "5.2 DS3 Adjustment Parameter":

The adjustment data of the DS3 can be protected against rewriting/changing after commissioning with a wire bridge on terminal P-PR (parameter-protection).

So check the terminals.

Please let us known if the issue is solved or not!

i have checked all terminals of plc and siwarex ms module and all right 

the proplem not in the wires or terminals the led of Protection is red because the plc module read high signal from load cell higher than the positive zeroing rang % so now i can't zero this number

how to zero this number or rest the siwarex ms module ?

The only thing I found is Parameter Protection SIWAREX MS - Weigh module for SIMATIC S7-200 again in page 5-22 you can read:

Send the DS3 to the scale (Not possible with the wire bridge on terminal P-PR, the data is not accepted)

Anyhow I understand that this not the answer you are looking for.
