Dear Experts, I have two similar machines equipped with loadcell/SIWAREX. I have received all the data from both SIWAREX modules through SIWATOOL V7. After receiving the data, I saved and exported both backups to CSV files. When comparing them one indicates the number of load cells as 1, while the other shows the number of load cells as 3. It is referring to DR10-8, however, I can't see this parameter in SIWATOOL. Could you please guide me on where SIWAREX is obtaining this setting or parameter? Thank you. Hello Tech Ahmed, Can you post two Siwatool files from your two WP231 modules, please. Attached a pdf-file how to create a Siwatool file. I would like to take a look into the Siwatool files. Best regards Siwarexi
