Siwarex TARE command is not working

But I have another SIWAREX which is still not working. Even after using 105 and 108 from SIWATOOL, TARE command is not working. Basically it is not even accepting the 105 and 108 commands and gives standstill not achieved. This happens even if standstill status is green in DR30. But the standstill status comes and goes.

 The weight shown in display also fluctuates so much and is not standstill, even if there is nothing on the load cell. I think there is some configuration error.Refer a screenshot I have attached. Also I have attached 3 FTA files. This is happening using all 3 FTA configuration files.

Please suggest where I am going wrong?

After changing the value you suggested, standstill is achieved and now the TARE command is working properly.
