Dear Sir, Could you describe is the 7MH4950-2AA01 compatible with 7MH5106-3GD00..??? We have selected following items against our appliaction are these items compatible with each other or any thing else please advice. please see attached some detail we will install the load cell with mounting kit at below side of roller conveyor. we have two platform for 1.2 MCB (Meter Cube Box) having weight 200---500kg. kindly advice which one load cell is suitable and compatible with SIWAREX U for this application. bending beam, share beam or Compression type, is this system supported for in motion weighing roller conveyor...?? Hello Sarfraz Bhatti, I don’t recommend you to use only 1 load cell for 1 conveyor. If you use only one load cell then you will receive a lower accuracy of the scale. Yes, I mean something like: https://eb.automation.siemens.com/mall/en/WW/Catalog/Products/10024214 You have to create such a mechanics by your own. There exist no MLFB from Siemens. You have to use an oscillation limiter even when you have an intermittent system. Best regards Siwarexi |

Dear Siwarexi, please see attached wiring connection and confirm which one usefull diagram for 7MH5103-3PD00..?? i have applied both connection but 7MH4950-2AA01 SF indication is red. following operational error display in SIWATOOL 2 U. Minimum voltage at the sense line undershot. i have checked the following reasons are possible: - The voltage drop in the line up to the junction box (not using junction box) - Line break (it seem ok) - Jumpers missing for 4-wire option (not applied on 6 wire load cell) - Short circuit in the lines. Hello Sarfraz Bhatti, The load cell 7MH5103-3PD00 has a 6-wire connection. You can see the reason for the red LED into the Siwatool software. Send to me your Siwatool file.
