Hi Jss, the Wp241 is not really a good choice for static weighing, better would be the WP231. Anyway, if you really want to do it, it is possible to so. To make the calibration work almost like it is with a static scale you should set the following parameters as follow: 1. DR3/Weight length = 1.0 2. DR3/Belt length = 1.0 3. DR3/Seed detection = "No sensor - Preset/Detect constant speed 4. DR3/Design speed = 100 With these setting you can do the weight calibration like documented in the manuals, https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109474797 and https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/90229063 . The weight value you can find in the in the "Siwarex_DB.DR30.Weight". To get this value updated you have to read the DR30 with command 2030. To do it in a cyclic way you can use our "Ready for use" project, there in OB30 the block "Command handling" is called. This construction us used to execute the "CMD_A" and "CMD_B" alternating. In "Siwarex_DB.CMD_A/B" you define what command code is used. On of the must be 2030. Regards ABenno |
