Siwarex wp231 interefences???

I have2 x Siwarex Wp231 modules connected to a CPU s7-1215 module.

The problem i am currently facing is that i am getting intereferences on one of the cups when the adjacent cups opens and closes. the reading on the scale value dips down to negative and den to the correct weight after it closes. however it triggers my weight marker in my program as if its eg 100grams set point yet in actual fact its 85 grams???

I have set the filters on the individual WP231 MODULES via SIWATOOL V7but alas i cant seem to rid myself of this issue.

I have done all relevant electrical earthing and grounding of vibrators and loadcells. i am using one transformer to supply 2 different levels of vibration strengths based on a course and fine vibrations in relation to the target weight setpoints i require i.e. 110vac and 60vac.

The loadcells i am using are rated for 5000grams and i have set the calibration weight for 2000grams.

Is there any other way of me resolving this intereference issue???

I have attched the SIWATOOL V7 setup file for my WP231 module.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME FURTHER ON THIS MATTER.

Have a look to chapter 5 of the manual there are some useful hints. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/90229056 If you are sure that EMC is OK. It might be a problem of vibration. There you can use the digital filter. In your attached Siwatool file you have set the low pass filter to 10Hz, This is quite fast you should try to reduce the frequency step by step and look after each step if it is better and if the signal is responding still fast enough.
