Siwarex WP231 module broke

Hi siwarexi, I have a problem with a siwarex WT-231 module, it is installed with a s7-1200 plc, through an interface with TP700, I was able to calibrate correctly, the system started working correctly, after a few hours, it got an error and does not sense the signal from the cell. He proceeded to change it for another new module, installed it, calibrated correctly, began to dose the system correctly, after a few hours, the new module broke again.

Check the cells are correct, the wiring is correct.
Could it be a factory defect?
