Hello, I am working on a continuous weighing system with wp241 and having a problem that "variation of measurement constantly occur at fix location on the belt" I manage to get belt load (kg/m), speed (m/s) with the fix trace rate (1second) from the data I get from Siwatool V7.1.37.0, there is a region of outliers FYI, I am using a belt with a short length (7.089m) and the outliers are appearing +/-1m (total 2m) around the joint of the belt (fix location) creating (from +5kg/m to -1.2kg/m) which have the high impact on average of measurement (5m reading with small variation +1kg/m to -0.5kg/m) . Is there any function in wp241 can take care of outlier or filter it out? Or is there any function in wp241 can remember the trend of the data base on location and offset itself which can further help me to reduce the variation of measurement to the minimum fluctuation. Please see the attached picture on graph: belt load vs time (from trace data), belt load vs location (I calculated the location based on speed and assuming maximum error as a starting point (starting point and ending point is the same point) Attachment20190814-testing.zip (193 Downloads) |

Ya, I think I will need to compensate the measurement in the PLC. Thanks Siwarexi. |
