Siwarex WP321 with CPU 416-2dp - it is impossible to calibrate each of the cells separately

In any case you can maybe help me with programming of the cells . I have 4 cells on 1 platform to measure weight of the tundish. Problem now is that i know total load on 4 cells but it is impossible to calibrate each of the cells separately. Tried to play with auto calibration and with number of support points but with no success. Have checked load cell parameters as maximum load and mv/V settings. I attached picture of 1 part of platform, other part with other 2 cells is identical. so they can just put cumulative load on all of 4 cells. Problem is that i can't know how load is divided between this 4 cells. If you want to use the auto calibration, you have to set the value from one load cell (=one support point, characteristic value and nominal load). After that you have to send these parameters to the WP321 module. After that you have to execute the command “Automatic calibration” Afterwards you will see the weight value “0.0 kg” Do this automatic calibration for all four single load cells. After that you have to add the four single weight values in your PLC. Best regards Siwarexi

In the end what i did is following. Since i need correct cumulative load of 4 cells to be correct i have calibrated them all with known cumulative load. So all have been calibrated equally wrong since i dont know how load is spread on each of the cells. But in the end cumulative load is correct since they all show equally wrong value. In numbers i had 100 ton weight and on each of cell i entered 25 t value. Maybe this helps someone. Thanks for the assistance.
