Dear Experts, I have SIWATool V4 installed on my laptop running Windows 10 Professional. I am using a homemade cable to connect to the SIWAREX module 7MH4950. The cable is wired as follows: cable pin-2 to siwarex-5, cable pin-3 to siware-3, and cable pin-5 to siwarex-4. Since my laptop does not have a serial port, I am using a USB-to-serial converter (ATEN). The Siwarex module is connected to a single load cell, and everything is functioning properly. My goal is to connect to the Siwarex module and view the parameters. However, when I attempt to connect, I encounter an "Interface error," as shown in the attached screenshot. It appears that the connection briefly goes online and then displays the interface error. I would appreciate your support in identifying the potential reasons for this interface error. The cable shield is connected properly, and I do not have the "HardLockDeviceDriver" or "PROCON-WIN3.3" software installed on my laptop. Best regards, AttachmentSiwarex issue.zip (307 Downloads) |
