At first, copy the whole software to your local PC. 2. Please remove once again your existing Siwatool V7 software into the operating system Windows: 1. the software "SIWATool V7" 2. the software "SIWATool Firmware All WP Devices" <- VERY IMPORTANT! 3. delete the following folders: • "SIWATool V7" in the directory C:\Program Files (x86) • “SIWATool V7“ in the directory C:\ProgramData (ProgramData is a hidden folder ) • “SIWATool7“ in the directory C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local (AppData is a hidden folder ) *) How to show a hidden folder: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files 4. Install Siwatool V7 once again: Execute the file "Setup.exe" with a mouse right click --> run as administrator. Best regards Siwarexi

ERT-Laurent Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, it works. But if I check at startup the box to store the firmware version, the next time you start the error again. You must delete the folder SIWATool7 from AppData\Local for Siwatool to work again. Thk.
