Is is the complete element or just the part to change the value of the connected tag (the slider itself)? You can turn the slider on or off in the properties under Layout->Options->Slider. What did you change in the properties? What's checked and what's off? Maybe screenshots of the properties?

Which WInCC Do you use exactly (WinCC Professional RT or WinCC Advanced RT)?? -> if you use Professional RT then it could also be a Problem with .Net Framework; look at this: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ch/en/view/109749283 If you have a Screen Item that is outside the screen (also if only with one pixel) then you will get a warning while compiling. Bye Murof

Some sort of acknowledgement for the warnings would be great. Also many times you do something that will cause a warning and you know it and don't care, because warning is pointless in your situation.
