Hi.. We have two identical 315Kw of Sinamics S120 with CU320 2DP for Hoist application in our copper smelting plant. Both the drives are in same girder of the crane and input supply of these drives are feeding from same source and its operating auxilary and main hoist respectively. Both are communicating via profobus to S7 1200. Both are recently commisioned and after taking in to the operation, even from the day one we have facing the tripping of drives in F300002 (DC bus over voltage in infeed as well motor module). One these drives tripped on this problem,Its could not able to reset because fault massage is continuously running on the AOP fault screen(You can understand while seeing the attachment).Only possible way to reseting is switch off and on the 24Vdc supply of the CU. Finally we had concluded that this fault due to the malfunctioning of CIM ( Without power up the drive the DC link voltage (r70)of infeed and Vector shows 1200Vdc in the trend).finally we had replaced both the CIMs of both the drives and it was run for one month. Today(5.01.13) we had partial plant shutdown and this perticular crane only was in operation in the perticular DSL(One more crane also feeding from the same DSL but that was not in operation at that time). Suddently these drives are start tripping immediately on same F30002 after the power up.(even not stat giving the command of hoist/lowering).It is not similer to the previous fault only one fault message is appeared on the AOP fault screen and it could able to reset this time.once we were also reseted. After some time DSL incoming breaker was tripped But we are sure about the reason for tripping. We reset the breaker and power up the drives. Both the drives are imediately trips on F30002 after the power up.(even not stat giving the command of hoist/lowering).Two three times same tripping is happend and we also reseted the fault.Fourth time one heavy blast in auxilary drive infeed and found blast happened in that IGBTs. and Main hoist drive also again trips on F30002. Then we isolated both the drives. All the time drive input Voltages are measured and it is found normal. Anybody can helping out,What would be the reason for earlier failures of CIMs.and todays blasting of IGBTs of infeed section. it may be the cause of VSM or any regenerating related issues? Which component in the drives may cause this kind of issues?Anything we are missing to find/avoiding this problem???? Thanks in Advance..... Chandru. AttachmentF30002.zip (94 Downloads) |
