SLM - Fault 6200 - Infeed: Failure of one or several line phases

did you do the following steps:

- check the connection and size (rating) of the line reactor.
- check the load.

In our case the problem was solved by replacing the line reactor.

It seems that the line reactor ( New ) was faulty.

I have the same problem as you did.

When the line reactor was faulty, did you measure voltage or not?

Because I do, but I don't find the problem.

Hii,

The function of line reactor is to prevent current picks from the supply and to protect drive. If you capable to make test without load, let you remove the line reactor to test purpose only. just try.

When this problem occurs? i.e. when power ON condition or during running?

Does the system has VSM module? Please check the supply phase sequence of infeed &VSM module at L1, L2, L3. It must match.

The problem is solved.

Now I use a Smart Line Module instead of an Active Line Module and the fault is disappeared.

Theoretically it should be possible to work with an Active Line Module and a Line Reactor for a Smart Line Module because there is no load, but it didn't.
