SM 1222 DC problem

mato230to Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I have a problem with my SM 1222 DC 8 outputs. This module does not switch any output. In TIA 10.5 i can see energized /green/ coil ( any output on this module) but no active LED - only diag and no active output. Can anybody help me, please ? Thank you, Martin

Thank you, Martin Hello mato230to, - Have you configured the SM 1222 in your Device View and downloaded the same before testing this? - What is the part number (MLFB) of the SM 1222 you use? - What is the version of STEP 7 Basic / STEP 7 Professional you use? - What was the LED status of the CPU during this situation? - Share the diagnostic buffer enteries as a text file. (export and attach here)

Nelliyan randy Posts: 461 Rating: (29)	First update ur v10.5 to v11 or 12 with a firmware version > v2.2 ,, then u can easily find a solution for this probelm if ur wiring was proper.. Recently my friend met this probelm this solution helped it to work..Give it a shot Regards, Nelliyan.G

mato230to Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	I am so sorry, my mistake not 10.5 but 11 software TIA STEP 7 Basic V11 SP2 Update 2 SM 1222 Part number 6ES7 222-1BF30-0XB0 firmware version 1.0 CPU 6ES7 212-1HD30-0XB0 firmware: 2.2 LED status of the CPU was running, SM 1221 is on the rail connected to CPU too, but its working.
