SM 326; F-DO 10

Have problems with SM 326; F-DO 10 x DC 24V/2A PP

To the DO channels are connected only this relays: Safety relays - PSR-SCP- 24DC/FSP/2X1/1X2 - 2986960

Current from channels to relays  is 50mA. Voltage ~23.3V

COnnected by Wiring scheme of application 5: ONE Channel -  One relay

And after turning ON like five first DO:do0,do1,do2,do3,do4

in few minutes get error:  External short circuit to L+ or cross circut between channels 0,1,2,3,4

Wiring is ok couse all relays work fine with not FSDO ( simple DO module)

read-back time for dark test: 400ms or 0,6ms Result the same.

light test is turn off in configuration

I can be wrong, but here what I think.
The SM326 checks at regular intervals if there is not a short-circuit between L2+ and some F-DO.
This is done via short interruptions.
The interruptions are too short to have a classic relay to really drops down, but the inductance of the relay generates a voltage pulse response that is read back by the card. If that reaction is missing, there is something wrong in the wiring like a short circuit towards the power supply.

The problem could be that the electronic input A1 of PSR does not react the same way as a normal relay, and that the F-DO reacts to that unexpected behavior with the error "short circuit detected".

If your Hardware connection is OK.... Try to Uncheck the Diagnosis Wire Break of F_DO Parameter
