Hello fratzman, It seems you have the old SM336 (6ES7336-1HE00-0AB0) which doesn't have a fault LED for each channel. The SF LED is a group error display and it's not channel specific. You should investigate yourproblem through SIMATIC Manager because this is the only way to figure out what's exactly going wrong. In case it's hard tohave SIMATIC Manageryou can try another thing but you may need to stop your plant for test purposes. 1- You can exchange suspected signals with healthy signals to see if fault is transferred to other channels (Check alarms in MP277). 2- You can exchange the SM336 to make sure it's not a faulty module (Don't forget DIP switches at the rear).
