SM card output error 1232, 4 AO

As in the topic, I would like to ask what the red LED of the analog output AO.0 with the DIAG LED means. on the analog output card SM1232, and Error on the CPU. I would like to add that the output of this card controls the inverter as a speed reference, which is set from the HMI panel. Regardless of what value is written on the HMI, the inverter works at its full value, ie 50 Hz. I am asking for advice.

Assumptions inverter speed reference is ±10VDC PLC analog output AO with default address QWxyz QWxyz default configuration on our SM1232 is current TIA portal project was adjusted to change QWxyz for voltage, ±10VDC The toolbar download button was used to download the changes If any of these assumptions are not correct, please verify them and post here more actual details. If they are all correct, look at the uploaded image for a fool-proof way to actually update the hardware configuration in the PLC and all modules I recommend disconnecting the cable to the inverter at the SM1232 terminal block. Use a multimeter and measure the voltage after downloading the hardware configuration as the speed setpoint for the inverter is changed from 0 to 100% and from 0 to -100%. After this is working correctly, reconnect the cable for the inverters speed setpoint. Sebajan Hello. I checked in the program everything is ok.Output controlled 0-10V according to the online preview is ok. when I measure the voltage at the output of the card nothing changes and the voltage is 15.70V there must be something wrong with the card regards

Now measure the voltage as you vary the output from 0 to 27648 and back to 0. If it goes from 0 to 10 and back to 0V, read my previous post AND DO IT! Sebajan Thanks . So according to the program and configuration on my analog output card, the first two outputs are 0-10V and the other two are 4-20mA. Today I replaced my card with a new one. Without any configuration or hardware changes, after turning on the power, nothing had to be changed, the program just started without any errors and all settings, speed settings and others started working as it should Finally happy
