I setup a TP900 Comfort back in February of 2017 for Remote Access using the Sm@rtClient App. Everything worked great until around October. When my customer uses the Sm@rtClient App a gray screen is displayed with the "No Input" icon. I originally figured that it had something to do with IOS 11. I had an associate install the Sm@rtClient Lite App on an IPhone with IOS 10.1.2 and the app worked great. I had another associate install the same app on IOS 11.2.1 and the app worked as well. I get the same gray screen and icon on my IPhone with IOS 11.2.2 that previously worked. I had hoped that the most recent app update on 01/22 would resolve the problem but no luck. I have performed a hard reset of my IPhone and reset my network settings back to default without any success. I have contacted tech support but they can not duplicate the issue. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions. My customer is really getting frustrated that they can no longer access their system. |

Thank you fro the suggestion. I have updated to the current app and I still have the same issue. What would be the next step? |

Hi, I have the exact same issues, tried update but still have the grey screen, has anyone else come across this? |

Happened to me when I accidently set the Visibility animation to the whole main screen instead of an element on it. |
