Hi :), I have installed Sm@rt client app on my mobile (Android device) and Ipad (IOS 10.2). While using the app, I had some problems with on-screen keyboard (on both devices). I mean, I can't enter character and numeric on text-fields (when I put only 1 character or number the keyboard and new data will disappear). I found a solution for my mobile in this link https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/attachments/84133612/84133612_industry_apps_overview_hmiapp_exp_en.pdf (Notes-on-use) , but I can't do the same with my Ipad.
