Bryll Posts: 168 Rating: (4)	I have a TP 700 Comfort panel with the Smart Server function enabled. The license key is also uploaded to the panel, at least did it disappear from the USB stick. The panel is now constantly asking for the Smart Server License Key and I would like that message to disappear. What to do? Perhaps swear like a soldier for five minutes and buy a new key hoping that the second one don't disappear, or what? How to check if the license key is present in the panel? I have a VPN login to the customers network, so I can upload and download programs to PLC and panel without any problems. When I try to connect to the terminal from the license manager I only get an error.

Bryll Posts: 168 Rating: (4)	Thanks guys, I will look into the documents you linked to. But, I must also ask why the license manager can't connect to the target system (panel) ? Every attempt to connect to it will result in an error message. When commissioning this system did I encounter a lot of problems, the portal crashed several times for me during program loading to the PLC system. I soon learned that I had to reboot the computer every time it happened, to be able to re-establish the connection with my system. Yes, I have all the latest upgrades for the software. Could all the problems I had during the commissioning have erased the license key from the panel?

Tweety Posts: 3037 Rating: (191)	Hello, Can you post a screenshot of your error message? Do you check if you can connect the Automation License Manager on another PC?(in your company) You can only connect to computers that have the Automation License Manager installed. Tweety
