Hello, Can you check if it is a Sm@rtserver licence for Basic panels? It is not the same license, that can be used with Comfort panels in earlier TIA Portal versions!! Do you have the MLFB number? Best regards, Wizard |

Hello LauraC, I'm afraid, you have the wrong license When you have a Basic Panel and TIA Portal v14 sp1, you need the license: 6AV2 107-0CR00-0BB0 The license you have is a Sm@rtServer license for a Comfort panel and when you use TIA portal v13 or lower. Best regards, Wizard |
