SM331 analog card + SCALE (FC105) 4-20mA,

Dear Siemens community,

I have trouble with SCALE (FC105) function. I would like to use it for 4-20mA analog input. I need to scale it as number 0-1000. In hardware config this channel (4) is set as current measurement type and range is 4-20 mA.

I use this analog input card: SM331 (AI8x13bit) - 6ES7 331-1KF01-0AB0

This is how I use the function: 

Call FC105

IN0:= PIW280

IN1:=1.0000000e+003

IN2:=0.0000000e+000

IN3:="FALSE"

RET_VAL:=#RET_TEMP

OUT4:="Analgue DB".CH4.Scale_BlockOut

 and here comes my issue. When there is on PIW280 0 up to 4mA  the return value is still 500. When it goes higher then this I can see this number raises. 

What am I am doing wrong? I need the scaled value=0 when the input is on 4mA and than scale it up to 1000 = 10mA.
