ahmedmae94 Posts: 103 Rating: (11)	How are you all , I need to connect my PC to 2 X (CPU 317 2DP) , to make small DP network to test something. I have USB adapter , but I have not any idea that , 1)what should I do in HW configuration in SIMATIC manager??? ,,,,, 2)should I use SIMATIC NET or not ?? and why?? 3) how can I make one of them master & the other slave?? what if I want to make my PC is the master ?? in the attachment the picture of small DP network that I want to do forgive me but this is the first time for me to make network..... Therefore you will need SIMATIC NET PC Software and an PROFIBUS PC CP. SIMATIC NET PC software you will need for communication via PROFIBUS PC CP and it delivers the driver for the PROFIBUS PC CPs.
