Is it possible to connect SMC30 with external encoder HTL 200 ppr which have A and B pulse but no A- and B- ?

Meaning, in the encoder setting window, Unipolar, untick zero tracking because i don't have R signal from encoder, and jump terminal A-, B-, R- to M(ground of encoder supply)?

No, you are bi-polar ( A and B).  Compliments have nothing to do with that.

Connect the - signals to M.

No 0 tracking.

I've also found it useful to connect diodes to common from the A and B signals to reduce potential ringing on longer cable lengths.
