Sn+,Sn-

Dear experts,

any one explain me proper about Sn+ and Sn-  (whats it mean technically)

why should we use it?

the tracerlines are for the module to know cable resistance and how much voltage is need to compensate it.

see in this manual page 10 in technical data:

manual,page 10

• Two-wire connection    Possible, without compensation of cableresistance

• Four-wire connection   Yes

now here im using  2 AO  U MODULE(6ES7 135-4FB01-0AB0) with cpu 151-8 PN/DP CPU

i have problem is that i get continue 16.3 voltage between node 1 and 3  (without any count )

is there any relation with Sn+ and Sn-  ?

(module is new)

i cant under stand where is problem, if you have any idea please share it here.

 Hello

These are Sense lines for Analog Output voltage. Using these lines the Modules senses and corrects its output voltage.

If you need accurate voltage at the destination device, you can use a two pair cable and do this shorting at the device end instead of the module end ( As shown in attachment )

You need to Short Qn0 with Sn+  and Mana with S0- .

i have wired as you suggest and try,

i get voltage as  proportional count only with simatic manager

but voltage remain 0.0V with use of TIA ,i cant under stand where is problem?

the different between TIA and Step7 5.5 is the comand to access the Peripherial Word:

e.g.

Step7 5.5:    PAW512

TIA:               AW512:P
