Hello, I have soft starter 3RW40 76-6BB44 and it worked properly until yesterday. Now when I turn power on, LED (device and failure) get red. I read in manual that it device fault !? (soft starter defective). What could be a problem? Regarts |

hello, the only possible reason for wrong indication of device fault (DEVICE LED red / FAILURE LED red) could be an externalclosed by-pass contactor of your application. If this is not given the Soft starter is defective. In this case please contact your local SIEMENS partner regarding replace/repair of the soft starter.
