I would like to know if somebody tried yet to make a  remote connection using SoftEther VPN. Basically the VPN server router located at remote plant should connect to VPN Azure cloud from inside. Similarly the eWon VPN router does. Then with Microsoft VPN client or better using SoftEther VPN client you connect into the cloud that relays the connection to the remote plant. 
In such way the remote plant nor the PG PC has to have a static IP, further you don't need any permissions, since the router "hacks" the local network to find the way out and in.

Unlike legacy VPNs, SoftEther VPN Server can be set up on a private network behind the NAT. No special configuration on the NAT device is required. You need no permission by your network administrator of the NAT. The built-in NAT Traversal Function opens a "Punched Hole" on the NAT or firewall. When the VPN Client or VPN Bridge attempts to connect to your VPN Server behind the NAT, the connection packets will be lead through the hole. The hole is created by the SoftEther VPN Server automatically, so you need nothing special on the NAT.

Have a look to the SINEMA remote Connect solution.
It works in a similar way, allowing the PC/PG and the remote location to work with dynamic addresses.

The PG/PC connects to the Sinema RC server.
So do the remote sites trough the local VPN client (scalance S615, M874 for mobile Internet).
And the Server makes the link, depending on the configured user rights.

The difference is that you are also the owner of the server, which gives you all freedom to configure it as you need it (users, NAT, ..)

I already succeeded with a Ubiquiti Edgerouter X (ER-X) for 50 bucks. I had installed SoftEther VPN Server on router...
