INS Gold Member Joined: 4/6/2006 Last visit: 2/5/2024 Posts: 604 Rating: (56)	Hello MACC2, You need the S7-Softnet for IE and since you only talk about oneS7-400 the Lean version should be enough. The difference between the Lean and the full version is that the lean version supports towards 8 connections and the full version supports above the 8 till 64 (I believe). The Softnet PN IO is a package creates a PN IO Controller in a regular PC. At this way it's possible to directly connect PN IO Devices (like ET200PRO, M, S and so on) on the onboard NIC.
