Hello, I tried to use CAN 300 PRO but software CANParam v.462 don't see the ComPort (connected by USB, and showed COM 3 connected on device manager). Hello Tin Nguyen; If I was in a similar situation, I would contact the developers of the software (Helmholz) and ask for their help directly. Too many issues (version of the software, version of your Windows OS, incomplete installation , communication parameters...) could cause your problems.
