Hello Software for Cement Industry called "CEMAT" is available as an option for PCS7 as of know. : CEMAT: The Leading Distributed Process Control System for Cement Production CEMAT - Brochure PCS7 ( and CEMAT ) may also be a part of TIA portal some day ... but I think that day is still quite sometime away ..
