SOFTWARE REDUNDANCY HELP

I am trying to do software redundancy first time..i have cpu 315-2 dp cpu and used IM 153-2 redundant bundle for redundancy..Now what doubt i have is, 1) I dont have any active backplane modue available for I/O modules.As long as i understand,active bus module is required for hot swapping of the module.So if i dont want to go for the hot swapping facility, can i use the normal DIN RAIL & normal BUS connectorsto connect my I/O modules on DIN RAIL. 2)If no then please give me any alternative which can be used instaed of active bus unit..Also give me MLFB no for that..

Q: "please give me any alternative which can be used instaed of active bus unit" A: There is no alternative, you must usetheactive bus modules See also Page 63 of the SIMATIC S7-300/S7-400 Software redundancy manualor THIS FAQ which state that: *ET 200M stations must always be set up with active bus modules (6ES7195-7HB00-0XA0 or* *6ES7195-7HC00-0XA0), even when the function "removing and inserting I/O modules in* *Run mode of the CPU" is not possible due to the design principle of S7-300 CPUs.* I hope this helps
