Software redundancy on CPU 315-2DP

I have attached my backup with this mail. After downloading program, I am getting DB5.DBW8 status. I am getting Redundancy Link Failure bit as on. Where am I going wrong? Thanks, Shailesh Hello, There are some points coming to my mind at the first glance to you project: Wrong MPI address(FC100),normally the MPI address of partner should be applied.(refer to the manual) DB1,DB2,DB3 should not exist in the offline project as they will be created at the start up in runtime.This may cause malfunction.(refer to the manual) Please read the SWR manual for more tips and points.They were only points for a short check. How to give parameter to these inputs? Currently I have assisgned all I/O's present in my project. i.e PIO First :- 0 PIO Last : - 543 I have removed CP card (used for modbus) for now. Is this right? In manual it is written that maximum of 32 output bytes can be assigned to these fields. Please clarify me. Thanks, Shailesh

This happens vice versa. I have attached image of error for same. Errror is regarding OB80 (Priorirty class error) "Cycle time exceeded" Thanks Shailesh Attachment Error.jpg (143 Downloads)

hdhosseini Diamond Expert Joined: 1/28/2009 Last visit: 9/10/2024 Posts: 6849 Rating: (1365)	Hello again, If you have such response, it means that you havefailed several points to notice: -Section 5.2 of manual on which block package to select from SWR library based on communication on redundant link. -Parameterize FC100 in section 5.4 and select values based on limits -How and where to call redundant and non-redundant user program (section 4-4) and other points that are explained in more details in the SWR manual. While installing SWR, 2 samples will be available in File-->Open-->Sample Projects. Please, check them as a template for S7-300/400.Read the manual carefully and try to use the templates provided.
