Hello ROHIT PHUTELA I'm afraid to say that this isstillNOT possible (to be precise, it would be possible, but Siemens has not yet developed a Software redundancy package that contains the required comms Blocks to alllow usage of the PN port for the redundancy link). While you can use PN CPU's in general for a Software redundant system, you can only link the two via MPI, or external CP (Profibus or Ethernet). The Which modules can you use when implementing software redundancy? link contains a section for supported CP's and more info is also available in the manual (also available via the above link). I hope this helps |

Has there been any update on using the PN port for redundancy instead of the MPI? |
