Software TIA V14 => Comfort panel Tia V15

dendhondt Bronze Member Joined: 8/5/2009 Last visit: 7/4/2022 Posts: 156 Rating: (7)	Hi, Currently we are using Tia V14 for programming of CPU's and HMI At the moment we received a new HMI Comfort panel with firmware for TIA V15, but because the firmware of the panel is newer then my configuration software i cannot download the project to the panel? What can i do? Can i downgrade the firmware of the panel V15 -> V14 ? Or is the only option to buy Tia V15 ? Or temporary using a Trail version TIA V15? Kind regards, Jurgen

Hati Platinum Member Joined: 9/21/2012 Last visit: 4/23/2025 Posts: 4391 Rating: (492)	Some new version TP panels have a MLFB number that can't be found on V14 anymore. If this is your case, then you need to upgrade to TIA v15.

Kind regards, Jurgen Hey dendhondt, you can use ProSave do downgrade your panel to V14. It will be automatticly installed with WinCC (TIA Portal). If not you can download it under following link https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/10347815 Additional you can find a describition how you can reset your Panel with ProSave.
