Hi, it seems you have selected Underated ( lower rating)Fuses which is causing frequent burning at lower currents also. Dont worry about connection for simple application of 3RF contactors like heaters. As recommended by catalogue you have to use 50A 3NC1 type fuse or 63A 3NE8 type fuse having utilization catagory 'aR'. Second option is remove all the fuse and use 50A 3NE type fuse of gR utilization catagory. Refer the document attached for the proper selection of fuse while using 3RF. Hope this will solve your problem. Further for enhancing the system you can use SIMOCODE pro for heater application and can monitor the behaviour of current through " Analog Value recording option" in SIMOCODE ES software.
