[SOLVED] S120 - Write traversing blocks params from Telegram

Joël Golinucci Regular Member Joined: 3/22/2012 Last visit: 9/15/2023 Posts: 40 Rating: (0)	Hello, I'm trying to set parameters p2617, p2618, p2619 et p2620 (each time for sub param [0] and [1]) from data received by a custom telegram. The problem is that I cannot select those params from the telegram configuration window (these parameters are not listed, as shown in the attached screen shot). Does anyone know how could I set this (these are traversing blocks parameters) via a telegram sent over profibus from my Step7 program ? Or if this is not possible if there is any other way ? Joël Golinucci Regular Member Joined: 3/22/2012 Last visit: 9/15/2023 Posts: 40 Rating: (0)	Sorry for repost, I forgot to say that I also tried to send these parameters via SFC58 and SFC59 (WR_REC/RD_REC). This works well on a S120 mono axe, but not on the book size version I'm using right now. The error codes returned from SFC58 seems to indicate that the transfert went well (first code 0x7001 then code 0x7002) but when I go online with Starter I see that my data aren't transferd. This is why I would prefer to use a telegram, and it's much more easy to set up ;-) Regards, Joël Golinucci

And in the record data header, I have to specify the Drive Object ID (= object number, for instance CU = 1, power unit = 2, axis one = 3, axis two = 4, ...). So I used SFC58, with LADDR set to the first one defined which in my case was the CU address. Even though I needed to address the axis one. Thanks for your help and time, Regards, Joël
